Wali is the President and Chief Executive Officer at First Quality Medical Management inc. He leads a team of over 250 employees at various healthcare settings around Southern California. Wali has been a Respiratory Therapy Practitioner for over 48 years and has been providing healthcare management services for over 31 years. Under his leadership, Wali has acquired contracts with over 20 Healthcare Facilities in California and South Florida. Wali believes in a balanced workplace that motivates and inspires their employees to achieve a competitive business edge. In his free time, he loves to travel with his wife, spend time with his family, and is an avid golfer.

CFO
Marlene is the Chief Financial Officer at First Quality Medical Management inc., and is responsible for leading the company’s financial obligations, including business operations, acquisitions, treasury, tax planning, accounting and reporting, internal audit, new employee acquisitions, and contract relations.
Marlene is the wife of President and CEO Wali Muhammad. She has been the CFO for multiple healthcare companies for over 30 years. When she is not busy working, she loves to travel, and spend time with her family. ​
